Eligibility for Redemption

1.1

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, any shopper who spends a minimum of $50.00 up to a maximum of 3 combined receipts (excluding alcohol, tobacco products and purchase of Stellar Space shops’ tenant vouchers) consisting of no more than 1 receipt per tenant daily transacted during the Campaign Period may be eligible to redeem a pair of Boss Baby 2 movie tickets (the “Redemption”)

Redemption is limited to one Redemption per Shopper per day.

Conduct for Redemption

1.4

Collection of Redemption Prizes will be carried out at Raffles Place MRT station, Booth B2, opposite #B1-32 from 26 Aug 2021 to 22 Sep 2021, on Monday to Saturday, 12pm – 7pm (GMT +8) during the Campaign Period. During collection of Redemption Prizes, winners will be required to produce original copies of the qualifying Stellar Space shops receipts for minimum spend verification as per Clause 1.1 and above. Failure to produce the original copy of the qualifying Stellar Space shop receipt/s will result in a disqualification.

1.5

Stellar Lifestyle maintains the right at its sole and absolute discretion to effect forfeitures of any Prizes or disqualification of any Shopper from the Redemption.

1.6

All Prizes which remain unclaimed within the Campaign Period for any reason whatsoever may be, at the sole absolute discretion of Stellar Lifestyle, disposed of in any manner as it deems fit, and no claims whatsoever (whether for the prize, payment or compensation) shall be entertained.

Eligibility for Lucky Draw

2.1

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, any shopper who spends a minimum of $20.00 up to a maximum of 3 combined receipts (excluding alcohol, tobacco products and purchase of Stellar Space shops’ tenant vouchers), consisting of no more than 1 receipt per tenant per entry submission during the Campaign Period shall be eligible to participate in the lucky draw. (the “Lucky Draw”)

2.2

Every $20.00 spent during the Campaign Period entitles the shopper to one (1) chance in the lucky draw and up to three (3) chances per submission (i.e., spend of at least $90.00 per submission). Daily submissions using multiple receipts from Stellar Space shops’ tenants are limited to 1 receipt per tenant per day. All submissions by a shopper on the same day which consist of receipts from the same tenant shall be disqualified. In order for the Shopper to be eligible for the Lucky Draw, the Shopper will be required to complete the lucky draw form and survey on Stellar Space website www.stellarspace.com.sg/bossbaby2. The Lucky Draw is open to Singaporeans/Permanent residences residing in Singapore, age 16 and above.

2.3

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:

A Shopper’s failure to provide true, correct and accurate information on his/her personal particulars when participating in the Campaign will automatically disqualify the Shopper from the Campaign.

2.5

Previous lucky draw winners will be excluded from participating in Stellar Space campaigns for a period of one (1) year starting from the date the winner is drawn. Entries will be disqualified should they participate.

The Lucky Draw will be held on 13 October 2021 at 12pm (GMT +8) unless otherwise changed by Stellar Lifestyle in its sole and absolute discretion.    

2.8

The Lucky Draw Winner will be drawn from the pool of eligible Shoppers

2.9

For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to Stellar Lifestyle’s decision. All matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

2.10

Stellar Lifestyle shall have the right to draw reserve “winners” in the event that the winner(s) is/are disqualified.         

2.11

Stellar Lifestyle maintains the right at its sole and absolute discretion to effect forfeitures of any Prizes or disqualification of any Shopper from the Lucky Draw.

2.12

All winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified by phone and/or email via the contact particulars they had registered with under the Campaign as set out in the lucky draw form submitted to Stellar Lifestyle as per Clause 2.2 hereinabove.

2.13

All Prizes which remain unclaimed within two (2) months from the date of the Lucky Draw for any reason whatsoever may be, at the sole absolute discretion of Stellar Lifestyle, disposed of in any manner as it deems fit, and no claims whatsoever (whether for the prize, payment or compensation) shall be entertained.

Eligibility

3.1

Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, anyone who fulfils all of the following shall be eligible to participate in the contest draw for Boss Baby 2 Social Media Contest (“Social Media Contest Draw”):

Participants are only allowed one entry per social media platform between 28 August 2021 & 31 August 2021. All repeat submissions shall be disqualified from participating in the Social Media Contest Draw for that particular week.

3.3

Winners of this Social Media Contest Draw shall be chosen by Stellar Lifestyle based on the first 20 correct answers across both social media platforms. Participants with submissions on both Facebook and Instagram will only be eligible to win one prize (despite making two submissions).

3.4

A total of 20 winners will be picked from 28 August to 31 August 2021, with 10 winners being picked from Facebook and Instagram respectively.

Interpretation

4.1

“Prizes” shall collectively mean Redemption Prize(s) and Lucky Draw Prize(s)

Limitation of Liabilities

To the extent permitted by law, all Shoppers in the Campaign hereby agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Stellar Lifestyle and/or its Related Companies (as defined in the Companies Act (Cap 50) and its respective employees or agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to the Campaign, the Prizes and/or any activity relating thereto, including but not limited to any death, personal injury and/or property damage, any tax liabilities in relation to the redemption item(s), any special, direct or indirect and consequential losses and/or any other liabilities howsoever caused in relation to the Campaign.

4.2

Stellar Lifestyle shall not at any time or in any circumstances be responsible or held liable for (a) any non-acceptance, non-performance or the standard of performance in respect of any Prize(s) or (b) the quality of the Prize(s).

Prize(s)

4.3

All Prize(s) are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.

4.4

Stellar Lifestyle shall have the right as its sole discretion and without prior notice to replace, change or substitute any Prize(s) with one of similar value. No Prize(s) may be exchanged for cash or other goods and/or services.

Terms of use of Prize(s)

4.5

In consideration of Stellar Lifestyle providing the Prize(s) under the Campaign, the Shoppers acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions imposed by Stellar Lifestyle and/or its Related Companies (as defined in the Companies Act (Cap. 50)) as well as by any third parties governing the use of the Prize(s).

Force Majeure

4.6

Stellar Lifestyle reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, suspend, cancel or limit the Campaign at any time upon the occurrence of any event(s) or circumstances beyond their control which hinder, prevent or affect (or may likely to have such effect) the fulfilment of the terms of the Campaign including, without limitation acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, riots or wars (whether declared or not), terrorist activities, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, change of any applicable laws and/or issuance of new laws.

Final and Binding

4.7

By participating in the Campaign, each Shopper agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions or such other rules and regulations as imposed by Stellar Lifestyle. Each Shopper shall also be deemed to submit to all decisions of Stellar Lifestyle, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Campaign. The Shoppers accept that no correspondence will be entertained.

Accurate Information

4.8

It is each Shopper’s responsibility to give Stellar Lifestyle current, complete, truthful and accurate information and to keep the information provided to Stellar Lifestyle up to date. Stellar Lifestyle cannot and shall not be responsible for any problems, consequences or liability that may arise whether directly or indirectly as a result of any failure to give Stellar Lifestyle accurate, truthful or complete information.

Consent to Photography

4.9

Shoppers accept that photographs may be taken during the award or redemption of the Prizes for publicity purposes. By entering, attending and/or participating in the award or redemption of the Prize(s), Shoppers consent to all photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on web sites and/or for any other purpose(s) that Stellar Lifestyle deems fit to use. Stellar Lifestyle (and its officers and employees) is released from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising or publication.

4.10

Each Shopper grants and Stellar Lifestyle shall have the right to use pictures and photographs taken in relation to or in connection with or arising from the Campaign and to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of all or any winners for publicity purposes. Each Shopper, who is a winner, shall consent, co-operate and participate fully in the activities organized by Stellar Lifestyle for these purposes, without any payment, fee or compensation whatsoever.

Future Promotions

4.11

By participating in the Campaign, the Shopper agrees to receive Stellar Space future promotions, offers or events and newsletters from Stellar Lifestyle and/or its related companies.

Third Party Rights

4.12

The Campaign shall in all respects, be governed by the laws of Singapore. These terms and conditions are not intended to confer rights on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) or otherwise, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

4.13

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
